April 11
...serving up your daily dish.
Kids have four days left to register for a cool outdoor art contest. The Montclair Art Museum is looking for artists (grades 2-8) to get out and paint a picture of Spring on store windows around town. MAM provides paint and brushes; painters will get a 24"x36” window space. Grand prize is a two week session at the Yard School of Art at the museum. Pick up a registration form at the Museum, and send in by April 14.
MAM is also looking for businesses who would like to have their windows decorated. This event is scheduled for Saturday, May 6. For information: 973-746-5555 x259

I'm amazed those little rugrats will be able to handle a 24 foot section of store window.
Go to it, kids!

maybe MAM should also have a contest for teens. they could involve the "artists" that painted the grafitti downtown. i bet they could handle a 24' x 36" window
that's pretty wide but only 3 feet high. wonder what store has a window like that.

Ok, you caught my typo! I'll shrink that window down to size.

Perhaps the upper Montclair graffiti artists will take to store windows rather than store (bank) walls!
