NOW SERVING MONTCLAIR, GLEN RIDGE AND BLOOMFIELD

My, What Strange Weather We're Having
Snow_1

Snow, and snow-thunder thunder-snow, seen and heard in the south end of Glen Ridge. It eventually moved to Montclair, where Scot Surbeck captured the seasonal irony of snow-covered daffodils.

it's 10:44am. I work in Rockaway NJ where we've just finished having a "white out" visibility 15 feet- maybe.

Watch out. It's coming towards baristaveille.

For what it's worth, the more common term is thunder-snow

Well it gives me an excuse to not walk to the Y but to drive. I can't believe how white it is, in the past 10 minutes my backyard went from green to white. Amazing.

Sounds like a typical spring to me.

Ughh...snow.

Sick of snow! It's still coming down in Manhattan and I could have sworn I saw flashes of lightning before.

I think Scot was on my block today. That daffodil pic looks like my neighbor's yard.

Hopefully this is the last of it. Most of it seems melted and the temperature is warming up. I DID hear thunder this morning. I knew it!!

Showed the pic to my neighbor. Nah, she said her daff's are nicer...nevermind.

Very strange indeed!
