It's Capoeira Night Tonight
They jump, they leap, they spin on their hands and their feet. Abalou Capoeira group presents a demonstration of Capoeira - Brazil's most popular martial art, as popular, some say, as their beloved soccer. Maculele, a stick fighting dance and samba is also on the program. And in Baristaville, thirty enthusiasts have already signed up at the Adult School to learn about the folklore, music, and movement of this African rooted ritual dance. Come see what all the excitement is all about, tonight, at 7:00 p.m., free - in the Montclair Library Auditorium - and enjoy some Brazilian treats afterwards.
