You go, Barista. May they run out by noon.

Good luck to you, Barista. I read your first chapter online and I am hooked. Gonna try to make the March 2 thingy.

Posted by: Miss Martta | Feb 17, 2006 10:27:30 AM

Also available at amazon.com.

Posted by: Jim | Feb 17, 2006 10:29:02 AM

Good luck, but if I buy it, it's gonna be at a big discount on-line. Which I hope doesn't cut into your own per-book commission. but still......

Kudos! Also downloaded the first chapter. Great read.

Where can I download the first Chapter?

Posted by: Rich | Feb 17, 2006 11:17:29 AM

Rich: Go the Baristanet main page, scroll down to the "Rattled" in the center and click on it.

Good luck.

You go girl!

I await the positive reviews.

Posted by: Franklin | Feb 17, 2006 2:50:57 PM

Maria,
List price is $21.95. Discounters have it for less.

Heard there was a power outage in Morristown today. 2nd time in couple of months or so.

Posted by: Skipwith | Feb 17, 2006 6:34:22 PM

I'm definitely going to pick up a copy of "Rattled". I'm reading the 1st chapter now and can tell it's one of those books that I just won't be able to put down. I'm also emailing a friend about your bookclub offer.

I will be in for surgery on March 2-I too will be Rattled by the procedure and my inability to make the signing--Best Wishes to You.

Posted by: cstarling | Feb 17, 2006 7:58:03 PM

Good luck with that, CS.

Posted by: Miss Martta (8T) | Feb 17, 2006 8:41:09 PM

CS I hope everything works out ok.

Posted by: Right of Center™ (8T) | Feb 17, 2006 8:42:25 PM

thank you MM -I could use a prayer or "8"-or more-could be something could be nothing--but lately everything they keep saying "oh it's probably nothing" keeps coming up something. I have no time for any of this cause I got Life to do so I will fight. thank you.

Posted by: cstarling | Feb 17, 2006 8:44:39 PM

And I was just so close to buying my troll Frock-for the ceremony-

Posted by: cstarling | Feb 17, 2006 8:46:27 PM

CS I'll be thinking of you too on March 2.

A couple of people I know have had surgery in the last week & came through it well. I hope that's a good omen.

MAZEL TOV Barista-la!

Posted by: fussyhostess | Feb 17, 2006 8:57:34 PM

had to go and bring up the OMEN Crank-lolrotf-so far a black cat has walked across my path and I feel like I am being stalked by this big black bird that keeps appearing-I am telling you the truth--well I must go now and string my garlic necklace and fill out the living will---I do love you guys!

Posted by: cstarling | Feb 17, 2006 9:02:42 PM

cstarling,
I will call a special Troll council and we will perform the double secret sacrificial ritual to drive out the evil spirits.

We'll be thinking of you

Posted by: The Iceman | Feb 17, 2006 9:04:11 PM

I'll be operated in Essex so if something happens please request Bergen County and refer them to my hurtful comments in the other post. God I hope MIC isn't my nurse.

Posted by: cstarling | Feb 17, 2006 9:05:02 PM

Well I got 2 black cats that cross my path every day, & so far.....

Hmmm, come to think of it, since we got them I've been laid off & had a whopper of a heart attack.

Ahhh best not to think too much.

I like it when I see the eagles circling above town though, it somehow gives me a sense that the important things endure however much we humans may screw up.
