...serving up your daily dish.
Sure, there's always lots of homes for sale in Baristaville, but on one street in Montclair, it's as if they all decided to sell at the same time. This contemporary, at 508 Highland Ave., is one.

I'd like to thank the mayor and council for their excellent stewardship of our town that makes residents anxious to flee before another garage-first mcmansion thrusts its ugly butt out onto the street and in our faces. kudos for their superb leadership!

I'm shocked that you failed to mention your personal lord and savior, Steve Plofker, in your testimonial. Perhaps these quaint little homes can all be purchased by Steve to help fulfill his vision of a garage on every square quarter-acre and the elimination of open space. He has seen the future, and it doesn't have a lawn.

Seems like the quality of life and quaint environment here in Montclair is taking a downhill turn.
I guess the words of the old folk song "Little Boxes" is becoming a reality right here in Montclair!
Perhaps one of the new signs proposed for the township will read "Montclair Love It or Leave It"!

Buy overpriced Montclair real estate today? Prices are going to go downhill faster than a kid going down Highland Ave driveway on a skateboard. Or if you can't wait, just lowball 30%, if the seller doesn't take, just offer the neighbor the same deal, god knows there are enough homes for sale in Essex.
