...serving up your daily dish.
Well we guess if you can sell a holy pan on eBay, why not a condo in Montclair? This one, according to the seller, goes for $249,000 and comes with the option of seller financing.
I will take back a mortgage note in order to fund a no down payment transaction with adjustment of purchase price!!!
I will finance all the closing costs with adjustment of purchase price!!!
I can even get you cash back at closing!!!
You can buy this house with absolutely no money out of your pocket. Just a few signatures and it's yours!!!
I can guide you on how this is transaction is accomplished, as I do them all the time.
All the time!!! Just like a licensed realtor!!! Sort of!!! Hmmm...would you buy real estate from somebody named anthony669?

Yo, Anthony, how about lowering the price a mite? I can't see paying that kind of cash for a converted garden apt. I know people do, but I just don't get it.

If you click on the other items he's selling, you'll see another "white hot deal" in Newark. With descriptions like the following, I'm sure throngs o' buyers are beating down his door:
This house needs some work: the roof needs some repair, leaks from kitchen to dining room must be repaired, interior in dining room need repair, most of the interior walls need attention, backyard rubbish removal, needs kitchen instalation, needs a completed bathroom renovation. All told, probably about $24K in repairs if you were to hire a contactor. No structural damage.

There's a 1-BR for sale in the tony Rockcliffe building for $200k.

Rockcliffe is a coop, like Parkway House in GR. Prices there are always lower than condos because monthly maintenance is way higher (you are paying a pro rata share on the underlying mortgage on the building).

I can't understand why the price is so law? I guess that it's a trick but I'm not aware of it though involved in the real estate.
