...serving up your daily dish.
Head over to Montclair's Farmer's market today and catch chef Ryan DePersio of Fascino fame. He'll be dishing out free samples of something undoubtedly yummy from 11am - 12noon.

Drat, I wish that I knew about this sooner.
Fascino is the best restaurant -- by far -- in a town with a lot of restaurants!

He's an excellent chef. I would be very pleased to try anything that he was in the mood to create and execute.

Too bad not all of us are on WC, but it's also too bad that the restaurant couldn't give its customers an email heads-up!

Babaloo- Yes I agree is is too bad that not all of us are on the Watercooler. There's nothing to stop you from joining the WC.

Does the restaurant collect e-mails from customers?

Funny, we tried to sign up for the WC and the moderator didn't approve our 'application' within 14 days, so Yahoo killed it. Whatever...
Not sure about Fascino collecting email addresses, but if they don't, they're missing the boat! I get emails from a few of my favorite restaurants with info about special dinners/events/chefs participating in local events, etc.
