Babaloo- Yes I agree is is too bad that not all of us are on the Watercooler. There's nothing to stop you from joining the WC.

Funny, we tried to sign up for the WC and the moderator didn't approve our 'application' within 14 days, so Yahoo killed it. Whatever...
Not sure about Fascino collecting email addresses, but if they don't, they're missing the boat! I get emails from a few of my favorite restaurants with info about special dinners/events/chefs participating in local events, etc.

Actually -- I receive press releases from Fascino on a regular basis (nights with special menus, etc.). For whatever reason, they did not publicize this appearance in the usual manner -- or at least we didn't get it in a timely fashion.
