Their Days Are Numbered
The irises won't last forever, but we'll always have Scot Surbeck's photos to remind us. Lots of folks got out to see the blooms yesterday, as well as take a dip at the Mountainside Pool (Upper Mountain Ave was chock a block with cars all the way to Mount Hebron). If you haven't gotten over to Presby, go! You may just get inspired...

I live near that garden, but I don't think it's welcoming as an experience. It's a showcase for irises. But I'd so much rather sit in Van Vleck.
