Flipping Out
Talk about your fixer-uppers. A property located at 8 Burnside St. in Montclair, was recently flipped. In February 2004, the house sold for $401,000. A few months later, the same house sells for $734,000. The house underwent an extreme makeover, but the exterior shot seen here was taken in late March.
